These terms are a working draft prepared for Nirvana Permanent Makeup and have not yet been reviewed by an attorney. They should not be treated as final until the studio owner has reviewed them and filled in the following:
This application is an internal business-management tool built for Nirvana Permanent Makeup (“Nirvana,” “we,” “us”), a solo-operator permanent-makeup studio. It is used by the studio owner to manage appointments, client records, health intake, and client communications. These Terms of Service govern access to and use of this application. They do not replace, and are separate from, any in-studio consent-to-treatment forms or service agreements signed in connection with a permanent-makeup appointment itself.
This application does not have client-facing accounts — clients do not sign in or use this software directly. Access is limited to the studio owner and anyone she authorizes to help run the business. How client information handled within this application is collected, used, and shared is described in our Privacy Policy, not in these Terms.
This application is provided for use in operating Nirvana Permanent Makeup's business. It should not be used to store or process information unrelated to running the studio, to attempt to access accounts or data you're not authorized to access, or to interfere with the application's normal operation.
This application is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure, and we work to fix issues as they're found.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nirvana Permanent Makeup is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, this application. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may update these Terms of Service as the application and the studio's practices change. We'll update the “Last updated” date above whenever we do. Continued use of the application after a change means you accept the updated terms.
